What’s most important for Lyto’s is concreteness. It is with a concrete approach that we transformed principles into actions. That of Gender Equality is a very discussed theme lately and one that Lyto’s takes especially seriously.

As we approach the end of our first year with a certified Gender Equality Management System (UNI PdR 125:2022 audited by Bureau Veritas), we’re proud to see how much Lyto’s has already changed. This method allowed us to pinpoint clear objectives, define responsibilities and a Strategic Plan shared by the whole organization.

Among our key initiatives:

• Company-wide awareness and training programs.
• A dedicated internal portal with resources, support, and anonymous reporting tools.
• Multilingual materials reflecting our cultural diversity.
• New company policies for new mothers, including flexible schedules, part-time options, and a €5,000 yearly allowance until the child’s third birthday.

These actions make Gender Equality a tangible and growing part of Lyto’s culture: from management to every man on the floor. Proud of what we’ve achieved and ready to keep going, we can say we’re on the right path... and that we’re just getting started!
