The agreement for the third automated warehouse has been signed, this time in Caslino, in the province of Como (Italy).

After Sulmona and Seville, the multinational giant Refresco has entrusted Lyto’s with the construction of the new self‑supporting automated warehouse in Caslino as well, confirming a successful collaboration that continues to grow project after project.

For this large‑scale facility too — 105 × 54 × h 37 meters, with a capacity of around 40,000 pallets — the fully integrated solution proposed by Lyto’s proved to be the winning choice: self‑supporting racking with a stocchetti system capable of handling demi‑pallets, an external cladding made with high‑quality materials and ready for photovoltaic installation, and a high‑availability sprinkler system, all coordinated under a single design and installation management. A model that has already demonstrated — and continues to demonstrate — outstanding reliability, unmatched speed in complex installation phases, and remarkable competitiveness.

The new Caslino warehouse represents an additional challenge for Lyto’s: it will be built inside a 20‑meter‑deep excavation, a condition that will require extremely precise management of installation and site logistics. A complexity already tackled successfully in other projects and now part of Lyto’s consolidated managerial and operational know‑how.

With this third assignment, the Lyto’s–Refresco partnership not only strengthens — it is reaffirmed. Because when it comes to building a complex, fully integrated, zero‑tolerance self‑supporting warehouse… Refresco knows exactly who to rely on.
