2015 closes with extraordinary results for Lyto’s: is Marco Zanisi’s opinion, CEO and President of the company, about the growing of the company and in general about the automatic warehouses market.

2015 was for my company a memorable year, characterized by a long series of successes that could be considered a wonderful goal for 50th anniversary of Lyto’s.

Despite a price of steel to the lowest levels of the last eight years, Lyto’s in 2015 has reached an annual sales of 27,5 million Euro, and a total amount of revenues of 29 million Euro, record ever in its long history.

Part of these revenues are the result of the realization of the automatic warehouse for pallets with the largest capacity in Lyto’s history: the warehouse built for Constellation Brands in Piedras Negras, (Mexico), which can store more than 100’000 pallets.

Moreover, 2015 showed brilliant results in internal organization, due to the fact the year culminated with “zero injuries”, despite being the year with the most hours worked ever.

Signals and data coming from the market are absolutely positive: the Italian market is in great turmoil, thanks to the tax incentives that the current government has put in place, and the interest in investments in automated warehouses is finally growing even in industry sectors “dormant” for many years.

Italian market knows very well our competitiveness, quality and reliability: often Customers, careful from one hand to buy the best product of the market, and from the other hand to avoid the not modest mark-up applied by General Contractors or System Integrators, select and buy directly from LYTO’S the rack structures with related accessories, and also completion works as cladding with accessories.

But if on Italian market Lyto’s position is strongly consolidated for years, is impressive the growth of Lyto’s name, in the international market. Alongside several General Contractors of great importance, the management ability and the experience gained in 50 years of presence in the automated warehouses, are making the difference, in favor of Lyto’s, also in the worldwide market.
